First Europa Cept 2012 cover

arrived from Latvia. I sent to to myself, like Muhv in Naksitrallid (it is very popular Estonian childrensbook).
I visited Latvia for 2 days and I took some time to visit Riga's postoffice. Latvian stamps show National Opera House exterior and interior. Really beautiful stamps and nice cover

The stamps were issued on 17th of March. Designer of the stamps is Arta Ozola-Jaunaraja. Nice work
